How do I join The Basics Club?

It’s super easy! Just sign up at bettybasics.com.au/pages/rewards. Enter your email and we’ll send you a login code. Once you're in, you’ll start getting early access to sales, new drops, and more.
Already have an account or email subscription? You’re all set—just sign in and start earning points!
Where can I see my rewards info?

Just head to our club page at bettybasics.com.au/pages/rewards — you’ll find all your points and perks there.
How do I earn points?

You’ll get a little reward just for signing up—it’s so easy! Then keep the points rolling in by shopping, adding your birthday to your account, leaving a review, or giving us a like on Facebook. You can check out all the ways to earn over on our club page.
How do I redeem my points?

Easy! Go to bettybasics.com.au/pages/rewards, check out the rewards on offer, and hit ‘Redeem’ when you’re ready to cash in your points.
What happens if I return something I used points on?

No worries—your points will come back to you. If you used, say, a $10 reward and return the order, we’ll refund your card and pop the $10 reward back into your account.
Do points expire?

Yes, but not right away. Points last until the end of the next calendar year. (Example: Points earned in 2025 expire on Jan 1, 2027.)
If your account is inactive (no points earned or used) for 12 months, those points will expire too.
How is my VIP tier determined?

Your VIP tier is based on how much you spend.
- After your first purchase, you automatically join The Basics Club at entry level
- Spend $300 to reach the Essential tier
- Spend $500 to reach the Elevated tier
As soon as you qualify, you’ll move up right away and enjoy your new perks!
The best part? Each time you level up, you keep all the rewards from the tiers below too!
I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn’t receive it.

- To get your birthday bonus right on your big day, make sure to add your birthday to your account at least 30 days in advance.
- Just signed up and your birthday is coming up fast? No worries—you’ll still get your bonus 30 days after adding it.
- Going forward, your birthday reward will be sent to your inbox on your actual birthday every year.
- If you add your birthday after it’s already passed this year, your reward will arrive next year on your birthday.
Your reward amount depends on your VIP tier on the day of your birthday.
How is my free shipping applied at checkout?

As an Elevated member, you’ll get free shipping on orders over $50 (for non-Elevated customers, the minimum spend is $100). This is applied automatically at checkout—just make sure you’re signed in!
